Twittering the Blog Bash

This year we will once again be incorporating Twitter into the Blog Bash as a reminder service for Blog Bash events and special opportunities that arise quickly.

By the end of last year, I really saw opportunity for us to use this far more than we did. This year, we will use it more often for basic logistics announcements, but also spur-of-the-moment meetings and events. So if you plan to attend, start following 2ABlogBash at Twitter and have updates sent to your cell phone. We’ll keep you updated of the latest and greatest once we touch down in Phoenix.

In addition, if you are an active Twitterer, let us know once registration opens. During the Bash, we’ll be redesigning the site to incorporate the feeds of attendees, including Twitter updates. Get your message out there and see what everyone else has to say. I will also suggest using the #2ABB tag to label any related tweets so folks at home and other attendees can easily follow the full conversation.
