Rooms Filling Up Fast

As we close in on the NRA Annual Meeting time, rooms in Phoenix are filling up fast.  The Holiday Inn Express is now completely sold out.  For Blog Bash attendees interested in reserving a room, there are still limited options available.

The Super 8 Downtown Phoenix is offering bloggers discounted rates for their stay. King and Double rooms are available Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17, though you may add nights on to your stay if you choose. Double queen rooms are available for $67.49/night, and single king rooms are available for $62.99/night.

In order to secure a room in the room block, you will need to call the hotel directly at 602-252-6823 with the confirmation number 60685375. Secure a room from the block in your name, and hold it with a credit card. You can cancel up to 24-hours in advance, so there is little risk in making your reservation early.

If you are not interested in taking advantage of the room block for Bash attendees, you may reserve a hotel room here and receive special NRA discounted rooms at hotels across Phoenix. With more than 50,000 likely to descend on the region, it is strongly encouraged that you reserve a room early. In order to take advantage of the NRA discounted rates, book your reservation by April 10, 2009. Make all changes online, by fax, or through the call center through May 3, 2009. After May 3, contact the hotel directly.

You might also find it helpful to take advantage of the standard NRA discount offered by 13 different hotel chains if you make your reservation outside of the NRA portal.
